Answering reviews is the cheapest marketing you own. It is also the thing that never gets done.

88%

of consumers say they are more likely to use a business that responds to all of its reviews, good and bad.

7 places to check, 7 logins

Reviews do not arrive in one place. They land on Google, on Yelp, on a delivery app, on a shop listing. Checking all of them is the part nobody does.

A one-star sits there for weeks

Not because you do not care. Because writing a calm reply to an angry stranger at 11pm is the last thing you want to do after a shift.

Auto, the default on every account

The AI picks the right voice before it writes a word.

Every review is read first. A complaint goes to a calm apology, a specific rave goes to a warm thank you, and a review that looks fake gets a short, factual answer. You never pick a tone, and you never have to catch a bad one.

One house voice answers both of these the same way. A breezy thanks-so-much on a ruined anniversary does more damage than saying nothing, and it is public forever.

Dana W.

Google

Booked for our anniversary. Waited 40 minutes past our reservation, then the mains came out cold. Nobody apologised. Ruined the evening.

Dana, I'm truly sorry your anniversary evening didn't unfold the way it should have. A long wait and cold mains are not the experience we want for anyone, let alone on such a meaningful occasion. Please reach out to us directly so we can make this right.

Marcus R.

Yelp

Second time here and Priya remembered our order. The short rib was worth the drive on its own. Feels like the kind of place that is still run by people who care.

This review is positive and specific

Thank you, Marcus. Priya will be so glad to know she made your second visit feel that personal, and hearing the short rib earned the drive means a lot. That "run by people who care" bit is exactly what we hope people feel. See you on visit three.

The two reviews are written for this page, not real customer content. The replies are not: both are unedited drafts from the product, and Auto picked those two voices on its own. The routing is deterministic, so regenerating a draft never quietly changes its voice, and the dashboard shows which voice was used and why. Prefer to choose yourself? There are built-in voices, custom voices, and an AI Clone that learns from replies you have already written.

Questions people ask before signing up

Does GetSetReply post the replies for me?

No, and that is deliberate. We draft the reply and hold it for you. When you approve it, one click copies the text and opens the review site's owner portal so you can paste and post. Nothing about your business goes public without you reading it first.

Can I approve everything before it goes out?

Yes. Every draft waits in your inbox. Edit it, regenerate it with a note like make it shorter or mention the patio, or skip the review entirely. There is no setting that publishes anything on your behalf.

What happens when a one-star review lands?

It is analyzed, routed to the Calm Service Recovery voice, and a calm apology is drafted before you next log in. Switch on new-review alerts and you hear about a bad night from us the day it lands, rather than from a friend three weeks later.

Which review sites can I connect?

Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, DoorDash, Trustpilot, Etsy and Facebook, plus the private feedback your own review funnel collects. Square connects as a point of sale so review requests can go out automatically after a real transaction. You connect a listing by searching your business name or pasting the listing link, with no API keys.

How does per-location pricing work?

Starter is $29 a month and covers one location. Professional is $59 per location per month, so two locations are $118 and five are $295, up to five locations. Enterprise is $250 per location per month for more than five locations, with our engineering team building what you need. Review analysis and the first AI draft of every new review cost no credits on any plan.

What do credits actually pay for?

Not your replies, and not your insights. Analyzing a review, drafting the first reply to it and the AI insights that refresh automatically are all free on every plan, however many reviews you get. Credits are spent when you regenerate a reply (1), send a review request by email or SMS (1), regenerate insights before their next refresh (2), or add a competitor to track (5, one time).

How do I cancel?

From your billing settings, any time, in a couple of clicks. There is no contract, no cancellation window and no early termination fee. The 30-day trial takes no card, so nothing can charge you unless you choose a plan yourself.

From the founder

I am Danny, and I build GetSetReply. It is a small product and I am not going to pretend otherwise: I write the code, I answer the support email, and I read every reply that comes back.

I built it because I kept watching good local businesses lose to worse ones with more reviews, and because the tools that fix that either cover Google alone or cost three hundred dollars a month behind a sales call.

If it does not do something you need, email me and I will tell you honestly whether it is coming or not.
